This 2-week detox program is designed to gently cleanse your physical body, clear mental fog, and balance your energy field. Using nutrition, hydration, mindfulness, and intuitive practices, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

1. Grounding & Intention Setting (10 mins)
Gentle breathing and short guided meditation to help everyone arrive fully in the moment.
2. Energetic Sound Immersion (60 mins)
Live sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and voice. Each frequency is intuitively channeled to support:
- Nervous system regulation
- Emotional release
- Chakra balancing
- Cellular and energetic cleansing
- Inner peace and clarity
3. Silent Integration & Reflection (10 mins)
Time for the body to absorb the sound vibrations in stillness.
4. Sharing Circle & Closing (10 mins)

Not at all. This session is open to everyone—whether you're new to sound healing or have received it before. Just come with an open mind and willingness to receive.
You’ll begin with grounding and breathwork, followed by a full sound journey with live instruments. The session ends with a silent integration period and optional sharing circle.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions may be provided—or you can bring your own to feel more at ease.
